LADSTREAM RESEARCH SERVICES is an action research and advocacy organization focusing on Leaving no One Behind and promoting Sustainable Development Goals.
We are promoting Africa’s Data Revolution through strengthening of research on National Statistical Systems, Data governance and Data Value chains, ICT4D, 4IR and responsible information democratization.
Based in Uganda, Ladstream seeks to leverage the fast-changing data and information landscape for Africa’s socioeconomic transformation through strengthening the national and subnational data ecosystems.
Our Mission is To promote evidence based decision making by providing top-notch analysis, capacity building and other expertise regarding the data revolution, to government, Civil society, private sector and other development stakeholders in their day to day decision making.

Data Governance
Under this area we seek to understand Africa’s data landscape by understanding the
legislative and policy environment that underpin Africa’s Data Ecosystems. Under
this theme we delve into a number of topics namely;

We seek to understand the congruence between technology and society and how the
explosion in ICTs is upending society for good or for bad
Research Design and Methodology
Our organization supports partners with basic skills of action research design and
